About this practice

Missal Wellness, LLC provides one-on-one Myofascial Release using the John F. Barnes Approach®, offered by Sarah Missal, a Registered Nurse. Sessions are 60 minutes and take place in Sioux Falls, South Dakota.

Scope of care

Myofascial Release is a form of manual therapy. It is designed to complement, not replace, the care of your physician or other members of your medical team. Nothing on this site is a diagnosis, a prescription, or a promise of a specific result. Please continue to follow your providers' guidance and seek emergency care when you need it.

Sarah may decline or pause treatment if it is not appropriate or not safe for you, and will explain why.

Booking and payment

Appointments are booked online through our scheduling provider. This is a cash-based practice: initial evaluation and treatment is $155, a wellness follow-up is $155, and the five-visit Healing Journey Package is $725. Payment is due at the time of service. Insurance is not billed directly, and a superbill is available on request for possible out-of-network reimbursement.

Package visits are for your own use and are not transferable.

Cancellations and arriving late

Please give at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or move an appointment, so the time can be offered to someone else. Late arrivals are welcome, though the session will still end at its scheduled time so the following appointment is not affected.

Communication

Email is the best way to reach the practice, at sarah@missalwellness.com. Replies come within one business day. Email is not monitored continuously and is not the place for an urgent medical concern.
